Now that we have that out of the way, let’s start with our first impression rose recipient, miss Hannah Ann.

Hannah Ann is… um… hm. How do we say this nicely? Hannah Ann is missing a personality. If I were in a room alone with Hannah Ann and there were no cameras rolling, I would have no idea what to expect. She is beautiful and nice to Peter and I’m already out of things to say about her.
2208 East Ocean Oaks Lane is a perfect fit -- it is very beautiful, it’s on-trend, it has a neutral palette, it says all the right things, and it’s southern when it feels like it… very on-brand for Hannah Ann.
It was withdrawn from the market at $9,600,000, but Hannah Ann, if you’re looking for a beach place, give us a shout and we bet we could get a hold of this one for you.

KELSEY
When you think of Kelsey, what do you think of?
Wine.
Kelsey LOVES wine. It doesn’t matter if she’s crying about a popped champagne bottle or stomping on grapes before not getting a rose, this girl is always either drinking wine, talking about wine, or thinking about wine.

If we learned anything during Madison’s hometown, it is that she kicks Peter’s butt at basketball. Her father is college basketball royalty, and clearly the apple doesn’t fall far from that tree because holy cow, the girl has skills. That dribbling with both hands thing she did?! Peter had no hope.
She’s very clearly a sporty, active girl, which is why 10590 Eton Way in Windsor would be perfect for Madison. The home is gorgeous, charming, and a fresh take on ‘conservative’, just like Madison.

VICTORIA
Victoria is all about the DRAMA. She is all drama, all the time. I don’t even think she knows what she is being dramatic about half the time! But she is DRAMA-- which is why 3700 Ocean Drive was made for her. It’s beautiful. It’s dramatic. It is unpredictable at times and feigns modesty. It is Victoria in house form.

America’s favorite lawyer (and crowd-favorite for the next Bachelorette) Kelley was a breath of fresh air for this season. We didn’t really think she would end up with Pilot Pete, but she sure made this season fun. We’re low-key very excited to see her at the tell all tomorrow tonight. (And no, we don’t actually think she’ll be the next Bachelorette, they’ll give it to Kelsey or something stupid like that).
Kelley is a lawyer, so she needs a place with a big office and library for all of her lawyer books (is that what they call them??), but she’s also a chill girl who loves a nap.
This makes 640 Reef Road perfect for her.
She could nap IN this office!!!!
The house is stunning, not over-the-top, and is chilled out in all the right ways, just like Kelley.

Oh come on, this is too easy. If there is one thing we know about Peter, it is that (come on, say it with me now) he is a pilot. Peter <3 planes. Peter loves being a pilot more than he loves when girls cry. Whoever Peter ultimately marries will always be runner-up to Peter’s truest, most passionate love — being called “Pilot Pete”.
Peter would OBVIOUSLY live in one of Vero’s two fly-in communities. Yes, that is right— we have TWO communities that you can fly your own plane into and then park it next to your house like a car. Peter would LOVE this. 8515 Waco Way has a totally California-vibe, parking (??) for what looks like at least two airplanes, and a pool with a view of the airplane landing-strip. Pool parties EVERYDAY.
